Moodle Issues/Questions


Welcome to the Moodle Access Assistance request site. Below is a form for to request technical support with log-in and navigation of the CAC Moodle system. Questions about assignments, instruction activities, and resources should be directed to the related teacher or school administrator.

Moodle is a virtual classroom space for teachers to store their digital materials. A container for online digital tools, resources and media. It can be deployed in a variety of ways ranging from a dynamic website to augment face-to-face with a class of students to an online school for thousands of students. It contains a set of collaborative tools, easily delivers content to students and can assess learning using assignment and quizzes.

Access to the Moodle system is given to:

  • All CAC Middle School and High Students. Usernames and passwords were distributed at school.
  • Elementary School Parents. A generic username and password shared by all parents was communicated to all parents through a special notification.
  • CAC Teachers, Assistance and Tech Support Staff. Username and passwords provided during Moodle orientation.
